Did the server originally have Redhat 4 and was in place upgraded to Redhat 5?

Hi,
I have fixed the issue by below command on Red Hat.
# yum reinstall redhat-lsb redhat-release-5Server
# lsb_release -i -r Distributor ID: RedHatEnterpriseServer
Release: 5.8

After fixing this issue, were you able to install the Linux agent on the server? Is it OK if we lock the thread?
