What are you using for SMS Alerts?

While we're happy to keep this open to discussion as needed, for the sake of our workflow I will ask that this thread be allowed to close once the original question has been sufficiently addressed. We need to keep an eye on all open threads, so the less we have open the lower our coffee bill!
