Do you use AD/LDAP auth to login to the XI server when connecting with SSH?
Hi ssax!

I have realized that there was a missing line: 'reset_config_perms.sh'

I added that line and when I did ' # su nagios' - '# ./reconfigure_*.sh' - It has applied the configuration.

Could you please validate that my sudoers is ok now?

To validate the sudoers file:
Download the version of XI you are running https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... rsions.php
Extract the file
In the nagiosxi directory there is a file called nagiosxi.sudoers
Compare this file to the entries on your server

Hi All !

I have realized that there was a line missing on my sudoers file.

I am uploading a screenshot as how it was before and how it is after a change I have made - It seems to be working now.

However I'll compare it with nagiosxi.sudoers as @Box293 recommended to me.

It was a sudoers issue.

I don't know why the installation has deployed an incorrect sudoers file.
