Agh, right. You'll need to have the primary person on your account authorize you to email in. They need to email [email protected] and request that your email be added to the whitelist. This is a separate authorization from the forum username issue.

I made the request on their behalf, but Sales usually insists that the protocol I described be followed.

Sorry for the issues, it's a weird case having a customer in the General forums and trying to switch everything over.
