If this is not something you know how to do, then, you might want to consider a Nagios XI webinar. There's one today in about an hour, and it will give you a good insight into what you need to know to do this sort of thing with Nagios XI.

In the meantime, you want to go to "Config -> Core Config Manager -> Service Templates" and find the one I was referring to, then make the appropriate alert settings changes.
