runs fine for alla host at the list exept RUFWAC,ATTWAC,FILWAC

All host has the same configuration
Could you also show us the command line example so we can see it working at the command line.

You may need a .0 at the end of your OID string:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.8744.5.25.1.2.1.1.9.1.2.0

No 0 at the end. The last two digits means the AP number and the channel (radio 1 or radio 2)

Results from nagios command line:

[root@nagios-core-network libexec]# ./check_snmp -H 192.168.110.4 -C 0@5@_P@bl1c -o .1.3.6.1.4.1.8744.5.25.1.2.1.1.9.1.2 -t 30
SNMP OK - 0 | iso.3.6.1.4.1.8744.5.25.1.2.1.1.9.1.2=0
[root@nagios-core-network libexec]# ./check_snmp -H 192.168.119.4 -C 0@5@_P@bl1c -o .1.3.6.1.4.1.8744.5.25.1.2.1.1.9.1.2 -t 30
CRITICAL - Plugin timed out while executing system call

The first is ok the second is not. Same results at nagios gui.

But from a mib browser... (see attachment)

If from the command line 192.168.110.4 works but 192.168.119.4 doesn't then it sounds like a firewall or access permission issue to me.

Does the PC that you use the MIB browser from in the same subnet as the XI server?

if a MSM AP is being controlled by a controller it will no respond to SNMP queries you must query the controller

also there are plenty of plugins on the exchange
https://exchange.nagios.org/index.php?o ... chword=msm

I have plenty of msm AP's and a msm765zl i can test against if you get too stuck

It sounds like this issue has been resolved. Is it okay if we lock this thread? Thanks for choosing the Nagios forums!
