You won't believe this, but I deleted the problematic one, renamed the cloned one to the old name and now it too cannot be viewed by the user.

You are not authorized to view the requested object, or the object does not exist.

On a whim I renamed it from "TaskEng Process" to "Process - TaskEng" and now it's viewable.

This sounds like it has similarities to the below bug we had a while back.

I'll mention this to our lead developer and see if he has any thoughts on this.
