@caterpillartce, I looked and your account was upgraded making the old key invalid. You should be able to input the new one and be back to operating normally. Contact [email protected] for further questions on licensing items.

Also I will be filing a minor bug for the 1969-12-31 date, obviously that is wrong. You can inquire here further about its status if you are later interested.

ok, this is what I had thought. We have not received the new license key yet. I will contact sales for that.

BUT may I suggest the current contract should NOT expire until the new license key is entered? I think this is a bug and honestly would be more interested in seeing this fixed.

While I agree you should have the new key prior to expiring the old one, we on the support side have no control over the process. I believe that is how it is done usually, but perhaps there was some type of hiccup in the process. You'll have to take that up with [email protected].

Sorry for still having to bug you as entering the new license key didn't fix the issue... I PM'ed you with the new screenshot showing the new license key and it is activated, but still maintenance and enterprise feature expired... please help. Thanks!
