Yeah, that's basically the same process I did. I can't explain why I get different results than you, but I did it twice to make sure.

After looking over, the process looks the same as what I've tried. But, my other issue is during the actual import configs to core config manager, what order did you use?

I didn't take it that far. Your original error indicates a failure importing the service DB_REPLICATION because host DB_REPLICATION is missing? Did you import the service first? When I import the host first, it works for me assuming your contact/contact groups are done first.

Write configs and Verify Files both came back successfully. So that's better than last time. I'm now applying configuration which seems to take a long time. I'll let you know.
