Since you haven't sent a profile, I don't know which version to send you, but you clearly don't have check_nrpe. I have attached a version for you. You will need to remove the .txt from the file.

If it does not work, please send a profile. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the ***Download Profile*** button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.

Does check_nrpe show up now when you check ll? What are the permissions? I should look like -rwxrwxr-x 1 apache nagios 81584 may 16 12:22 check_nrpe

If you have other things that are not working, you should start new threads for each piece that is not working. It's very difficult to troubleshoot "nothing work" and would appear to be untrue anyway, as you sent a screenshot of the webui. Is the webui no longer working? Please be as specific as possible with any issues that you are having.

i said nothing work,cuz i don't know how to use nagiosxi exactly, so i find it hard , and need some search

Please go to http://YOURSERVER/nagiosxi/admin/monitoringplugins.php and see if check_nrpe shows up. If it does, please send a screenshot for us to review the permissions. the permissions I gave you in the last post as to what should show up in ll are the same that should show up in the web interface.

If check_nrpe doesn't show up, use the browse and upload functionality to upload the check_nrpe I send you. Remember that you will need to remove the .txt from the file name for it to work.

Probably, you don't need https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf for this particular situation, but in the future if you need to add plugins, I think that document will be useful.
