Did you want to move to a ticket or should I close the ticket when it comes in? As of now, we have not received your email. Do you know if you are on the approved sender list?

You are right, the email was returned for that reason - and we had a public holiday-day yesterday.
I resent it from an allowed email adress.
Did you receive it now?
Moving to a ticket means moving the communication to email instead of forum? If that is the question: I dont mind. Whatever is more convenient for you.
