I notice you are a customer. You may find a quicker resolution to your problem if you email [email protected] and reference this ticket. That will allow us to set up a remote session if necessary.

Alternatively, we can continue to work through the thread, which will allow @mcapra to continue to help out.

I've taken ownership of the support ticket that was created and will respond on it shortly.
