The screen shot from your earlier post looks like the help screen for the check_nrpe command and I would guess that there is a mis-configuration in either the command definition or the service definition so you would have to post those here so we can check them for errors.
The plugin you posted it for a memory check and not a CPU utilization check so you may want to upload the one you are using.

That plugin looks like it prints the CPU Load in percentage but if it is not what you are looking for, you can search for another plugin at the Exchange site.
