sure. I already emailed. but no response.
can combine my 2 cases . it's actually getting to be a blocker since I can't
add any new hosts to nagios!
can we do a quick remote session today?

In most circumstances, this will depend on who takes your ticket, but at this point, no, no one will be doing remotes today. I did not seem any tickets about backups, but I will take another look.
