Hi @npolovenko

I made some testings like you suggested but as I have mentioned before the mails (test mails) were delivered to my address linked to nagiosadmin user.
But the issue I had was in regard to Contacts and Contact Groups, and when I set different email addresses for one Contact
Addon Address 1
Addon Addres 2 .. etc
the notification mails did not get delivered to the recipients specified, so I put on Email Address of the contact all the mails I wanted like e.g [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc
beside this I went to every service: CCM -> Services -> Alert Settings and configured the Notification period because it was blank by default (also the notification options.
After saving and applying the configuration now the mails seem to work ok.

So
1- Email address of all Contacts configured on the same row as comma separated
2- Set Notification period and options on CCM for every service

In the future, you could set this up in a template and just use modify the template. Additionally, if you are an Enterprise customer, you can use the Bulk Modifications Tool.

That all said, are we ready to lock this up?
