@jorgeaaq, I agree that there still could be a corrupt table in the database.
Can you navigate to services dashboard and click on one of the services that does have email notifications set up. Click on the advanced tab and then "Submit Passive Check". Go ahead and submit a critical passive check. Note that if your Service has retry value then you'll need to submit a negative passive check X amount of times. After that give it 5-10 minutes and check if you received that notification email. You can also go to the Home page in XI, then Incident Manager(in the left column), and click on Notifications. Click on Run. Do you see that critical notification on the list?
*Also, please check your email spam folder just in case.
*Can you check if your XI has made any backups? It's under Admin/Local backup Archives. If you have recent backups available perhaps the easiest/fastest option would be to restore from a working backup.
