OK. fixed. It was the allowed hosts. I didn't have the /24. Once I added the subnet and restarted the service, data came through. Thanks for all of your help guys. Much appreciated.

TCP 0.0.0.0:5666 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
TCP 0.0.0.0:12489 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
