I'm not really sure why there wasn't perl-Nagios-Plugin

I tried, to replicate this issue on a new 5.4.11, but when I installed the vsphere 6.0 SDK, I was able to run the check_esx3 plugin right away without running perl-Nagios-Plugin.

So, as long as it works that is great! Any more questions or are we okay to lock this up?
