Are you a customer by chance? If so, you may want to submit a ticket at https://support.nagios.com/tickets/ as this may take some serious time to go back through all the permissions on the nagiosmobile directory.

Also, are you able to send a picture of what happens on your phone? I'd like to see what sort of error message is presented. Also, you can just go to that URL from a normal browser and show a screenshot from that.
