Yes, we already enable it.


The query is, we have enable the recurring downtime for some hosts from 7.50pm IST to 7.40am IST. Their is no host down during the day but when we take the host availability its giving the wrong percentage. It should not consider host downtime state. If server is not down then it should give 100% availability. Please check and suggest on priority.

Hi Team,

If we Configure like that as your screen shot it's not required enable schedule down time/ Recurring Schedule time, because we are neglecting the down time in availability report.

My Question is : We have X , Y , Z host's are recurring schedule time that from 20:00 hrs to 07:05 AM.
The X,Y,Z hosts are down at 20:05 and will UP 07:01 AM.

So we are generating report 09:00AM. After 7:05 AM the X,Y,Z hosts are not down until 9:00AM . Even though The availability report showing as very less percentage like 99.00%, but it is not showing 100%.

@Gonela, Can you run a Host Availability report for the same host(***CH01), and for the same period from 01-18 to 01-19, but in states select "Both". Please upload a screenshot of the report. Thank you.
