Again i have started getting the same error.

Increasing the timeout and setting this up as a passive check have been covered previously. Possible causes including improvements to the script and load have been covered as well. Has anything changed to address any of these points?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Thanks for your suggestions.

But if i see that there is no load on the server, which is causing the Service Check timeout.

Is it possible for you to suggest the way to find out what load is there?

With all due respect, there is no way for us to know how long a custom plugin will take to execute in your environment.

if you run the command to call the plugin from nagios and prefix it with time, how long does it take?

time /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nrpe -H IP_ADDRESS -c check_queuehealth -t 420
the the amount of seconds is anywhere close to the 110 that is set for the service_check_timeout you need to look into either increasing that value or change the method in which you are running the check.

note that it is very possible that this check could run in 30 seconds some times and 4000 seconds other time based on how easily it can do whatever this plugin does
