I have done the manual upgrade.
Yes I have backup before upgrade 5.2.9.

It could be that there is a old PHP cache file on the server that is hiding the logout link from the GUI.
To clear them out, login to the server as root and delete all of the files in this folder.
Then restart apache by running
Then login to the XI GUI and see if the Logout link is there.

Hi ,
Cleared the cache sessions from the above locations and restarted httpd service.
No changes reflected.
Again the same issue.

@hoegh, What kind of web browser are you using and what version? I did experience similar behavior when I ran XI on a raspberry pi.

Hi,
We are using Internet explorer
Google chrome
Microsoft Edge browsers.
I have tried clearing cache and cookies also from browser but it is not working.

@hoegh, Could you send in your Nagios XI System Profile so I can review it?
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file, upload it to a cloud storage of your choice and share a link with me via pm.
After that please post something in this thread to bring it back up in the support queue.

@hoegh, I received the profile and shared it with our techs.
I see a lot the following entries in the apache log file:
Can you upload the following two files so that we can check to see what happened to your authentication settings?
