Hi ,

I have an internet connection to the server via proxy.however, I tried offline documents for installation by disconnecting internet connection

The main thing here it says in the output is

Could not find a version that satisfies......

In this document

You see the section that says "Download server"
that server need free access to the Internet, period, no proxies, etc.

Once you download that data, move to the section that says "Offline Server" and follow those instructions on the machine you are installing Log Server on. The log server will need to be able to get the files you downloaded from the download server...
