Thank you for your reply.

I am still unable to replicate the Fusion settings issue. Perhaps I am misunderstanding what is happening.

The way I understand it, the Fusekey check is passing (green check mark), however the username check is failing (red exclamation point). Is that correct, or are you seeing the red icon in a different location within Fusion?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Correct. The username test fails, yet Fusion indicates "Everything is Ok!" (another green check mark) in the header menu. Network elements from the XI server in question also appear in Fusion.

Alright.

Is the username check failing on all XI servers you try to fuse, or one server in particular?

Also, is the XI server you are trying to fuse using SSL?
