Sorry Scott. I think I mis-leaded our conversation.
I didnt notice any Heap issues. I was checking couple of Forums suggestion and there I got some inputs like the Memory could be a issue, but thats for different error messages.
Just want to know from you is there any could be cause for this issue from your end or from your past experience. The issue is Nagios log server Dashboard says waiting for Database to be initiated, at the time when i login and check the status of elastic search service says " Active(exited)" instead of Active (Running). JUst need your inputs for this.

but this appeared to resolve itself a few seconds later
