As far as upgrading Nagios XI to the latest, you will need to following the document below:I am planning to upgrade nagios from 5.4.13 to recent.

Note: It seems like you have some crashed db tables. Please repair your DB prior to attempting an upgrade to the latest version of Nagios XI. See our documentation on the topic here:
