Looks like I create a new dashboard, things get saved


but it wont let me delete the old dashboards

I get this error

There was an error deleting the specified dashboards.

Can you run this command as root on the Fusion server.

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/*_log
Then try and delete the Dashboard.
If you see any errors in the shell running the tail command, post them here.

A few questions.
What user account are you are logged in as?
What "Auth Type" is that user, Local, Active Directory, LDAP?
You can find this on the Admin > Manage Users menu and editing the user account.

I tried with different accounts including nagiosadmin

Can you run the following commands as root and post the /tmp/info.txt file to the post so we can view the database entries for the dashboards?

echo 'desc dashboards;' |mysql -t -u fusion -pfusion fusion >>/tmp/info.txt
echo 'select * from dashlets;' |mysql -t -u fusion -pfusion fusion >>/tmp/info.txt
echo 'desc dashlets;' |mysql -t -u fusion -pfusion fusion >>/tmp/info.txt
We will need the name of the Dashboard you cannot delete.

The following command will remove them
