SMTP Connector not showing in Dashboard

Looking through the profile.zip I can see the other hosts and services are configured. At this point I would like to offer a quickstart session with one of our techs to help you get some basics of Nagios XI setup

I also downloaded the VM again and tried it but same "error".

If there is an error, can you attach a screenshot of the error?

there is no error message. With error I mean nothing except localhost showing in the dashboard...
I also downloaded the vm again and installed it. I also installed nagios xi manually. Still no host group, host, service or service group showing.
Can you try to replicate this scenario?

Seems like I'm stupid and missing on tiny step...

I cannot replicate the scenario at all, I run a wizard and the new items appear as they should.

So there is no other step I could miss? Just create the eg a host group and I should show up?

Very strange.

If you run the wizards the hosts and services just show up upon completion of the wizard.

If you create new items in the Core Config Manager, you need to Apply Configuration for them to show up.
