Regarding Snmp Trap forwardingfrom NAgios core to other host

yes server is receiving traps.
that is main point of concern that it is not forwarding it it to another server.
the changes which i did for the very first time was working fine.i have referred that link with you already from which i have done the configuration
but for after some time
it stopped and in the snmptrapd.log file in /var/log i started getting that error.

i think to try to do the same configuration to a diff server and then see , does the same error come's again.

Any advice from you.
Can you tell me one thing?
Can we do monitoring of host in Nagios based on mac address not on IP address. or any way around of it.

I am not familiar with any plugins that use Mac Address but you can search the Exchange site to see if there are any.
