i am unable to find below hardware devices plugins for nagios xi so could you please share any link for below devices.
its very critical also share feddback is it any plugins available or not.
HPE Rack Server
DELL Rack Server
HPE Blade Server
HPE P9500 storage device

You could use one of our SNMP wizards to monitor these devices. I found some plugins on Nagios Exchange that may help you with monitoring some of these devices:

Once you find a suitable plugin, you could add a new command and a service by following the steps, outlined in the document below:
