My apologies for the confusion. When I started this I tried to keep things generic so that I could use the information for any situation. But, things have gottem more specific. So,

HelpDeskTeam = ProdServices
LinusAixMidrage & PlatformSystemDeliver = ServerTeam

You said: "The idea as to configure serverteam contact to receive only warning notifications, and helpdeskteam contact to receive criticals, correct?"
Answer = Yes

You said: "I believe you need to apply your FTL_UserWarning template to the serverteam contact and FTL_UserCritical template to the helpdeskteam contact."
Question = Does "apply" mean "deploy"? So, if I re-deploy the template to the team, it will overwrite current settings and not make it an addition option?

Yes, I meant "deploy". Re-deploying the template will overwrite the current settings. If the objective is to send only warning notifications to the ServerTeam (LinusAixMidrage & PlatformSystemDeliver contacts), and to send only critical notifications to the HelpDeskTeam (ProdServices contact), you will need to deploy the FTL_UserWarning template to LinusAixMidrage & PlatformSystemDeliver contacts, and FTL_UserCritical template to the ProdServices contact.

Sorry for the delayed response but I wanted to let some time pass before I updated you.

The re-deploy worked. Users are receiving only the desired notifications! I've also learned how things work a little better so a win-win all the way around. 24 hours has passed and we're still good so... I consider this case resolved.

Thanks your help & your patience.

Martin
