I am able to run

PFB log's

Do you have a valid "From" address specified in Admin -> "Manage Email Settings"?

It looks like the SMTP server is rejecting the From address

Now i am getting this error could you please help us to resolve this issue ?

An error occurred sending a test email!

You likely need to authenticate to your SMTP server. Please reach out to the mail administrator for the SMTP server you are using.

In nagiosxi we have configured many users so once they authenticated means if i enable mail notification for users then all the users will receive
right ?

I am referring to authenticating on the Mail Settings page to the SMTP server. All users would use the same settings once it is resolved if they are using the standard XI notification handlers.
