Can you check your httpd error log after trying the page again

My System Administrators refuse to put a browser on a linux server, so I have no local manual test option.

Here are two screen shots, some seconds were allowed for the screen to respond.

I don't really see any real problems with the output as these are just notices.

I think we may need to take a look at the machine to help resolve the issue, can you open a ticket here
