@MikeMAN987, Please go to the Admin menu in XI, click on System Settings in the left column and go to the Security tab. Check the box
Frame Restrictions -> Disable - Do not restrict pages from being opened in iframes from anywhere. Update settings and let me know if that allows you to see the graphs.

Since you are using SSL, can you verify that you have "https" in both places - the "Program URL", and "External URL" (Admin > System Config > System Settings)? Also, have you tried using an IP address, instead of a hostname in the same two fields? Does this make any difference?

Does not seem to matter updating and visiting by IP. https is indeed in that setting.

The reason I asked you to check if you have "https" in the "Program/External URL" is because I saw log entries as this one:
http://nagiosxi.mgic.net/nagiosxi/includes/components/graphexplorer/
Your Nagios XI instance is quite old. Is upgrading XI an option for you? There have been a numerous bug fixes/added features in the latest releases of XI, so upgrading your Nagios XI instance *may* fix the issue.
Another option would be to open a support ticket via our support center here:
https://support.nagios.com/tickets/
Our support technicians could offer a remote session to speed up the resolution of the problem.
