Re: Service change for router switch entry
I understand what your issue is, you're just going to have to trust that I know what I'm doing, please read through this if you have questions on the architecture of it:
Please send me the output of these commands:
Actually, I think I found what the issue is:
See the error: /var/lib/mrtg/10.240.1.1_947 Doesn't Exist
The 947 is not even listed in the MRTG config file:
Try running this command:
Then re-run the Switch/Router wizard against 10.24.1.1 again, wait 15 minutes, see if they start showing up.
If they are still not showing up, send me the output of those commands from the top and then create a ticket for this and include a link back to this forum thread so we can get a remote session setup to get this resolved:

I will re-run the wizard, not sure that the point is getting hit here, the wizard was run with no config in the first place, which is where we came into this.
It's not your ability to work the issue, it's the time to resolve this, I have a backlog of wizards to run but I am reluctant to due to this one not working from the beginning.
I was only getting one response on here a day which from a user perspective is annoying, If I can create a ticket then why didn't anyone tell me, I thought since we were stopped from e-mailing support to create tickets this forum rubbish was our only option, WE pay for support, and generally take care of our infrastructure very well so when we need vendor assistance it's for a good reason.
Please note that this is not aimed at your personally but a broken system for a paying customer.
I'll let you know what happens after the wizard is re-run for the second time, I still need to know what happened otherwise we'll be back here again next time I have to run it.
