In my opinion, there are two possibilities:

1. You deleted the services under the CCM, but you were not able to successfully apply configuration. If you had an error in your configs, nagios would roll back to the last good configuration, and would add back these services. Again, you need to remove the services in the CCM. Removing them from the config from the CLI won't do it. Once you apply configuration, your configs will be overwritten with whatever you have in the CCM (database).

2. I noticed that these are all passive services. It is possible that you enabled "auto configure" option for the unconfigured objects.
Admin > Monitoring Config > Unconfigured Objects > Auto Configure Settings tab > Enable Auto Import = checked > Apply Configuration = checked
If this is the case, these services will be automatically created as passive check results come in to Nagios XI...
