Interesting, it's not really giving any real info though and since it occurs on other systems (from the data) it's almost like it could be what I fist though of which was:
If someone applies configuration on that system the JSON would not be available and could certainly cause that
Can you check Admin > Audit Log during those times on the XI systems to see if an apply configuration was done during that time on those to see if they are related?

Thanks for the idea, however I don't think it applies in this situation. Some of the JSON errors are coming out at Midnight, 3am and other hours of the night. No one would be in the system making changes at those times. As a matter of fact we rarely make changes on our Development server - which is the one monitoring our XI's.

I would point out that this is the only XI having this issue and it's the only XI that is monitoring the Nagios application specifically using the check_xi_nagiosxiserver. And it's only those monitors that are getting the JSON error.

Please create a ticket for this and include a link back to this forum thread so we can get a remote session setup:

Ok, so did you run the commands on the XI server checking the broken XI server or directly on the broken XI server? (the one saying it has XML issues).

Please PM (or attach to the ticket you're creating) both XI server's profiles.
