The last line in the debug log is this:
For some reason, it stopped short of downloading plugins. I tried NRDS on a Windows Server 2019 in-house, and didn't have that issue. So, let's try the following:

1. Open the config.ini file on the Windows server in a text editor, and modify it by changing the config version to 0.4.

Code: Select all

CONFIG_VERSION=0.4
2. Save, and exit. This *should* force NRDS to try to update the config and re-download the plugins. See if this is going to work. If not, post the new NRDS_Debug.log.

3. Open the Task Scheduler, and go through each line under the "History" tab, reading the info in "Details" below. This may give us some clues on what's going on.

4. Show us a screenshot of the files in C:\Program Files\Nagios\NRDS_Win\plugins folder.

I changed the version into the config.ini to 0.4

I can see in the history tab that the task was executed successfully but it's like the script does nothing.
The last lines of the log are still at August 7th and the plugin folder is still empty.

Unfortunately, this info was not very helpful in troubleshooting the issue. I am shooting at the dark here, but it is possible that some permissions have been changed on the server after NRDS was installed. Can you try uninstalling the NRDS_Win completely from this system, deleting the "C:\Program Files\Nagios\NRDS_Win" folder, and reinstalling the NRDS? If this doesn't help, please open a new support ticket via our Support Center here:

After uninstalling (NRDS folder deleted) and installing again, the issue still remains.

I'll open a ticket on the support center.
