Hi,
Did you remove the old version of Oracle clients completely before trying to perform the new install?
=> No I didn't, I opened a SR at Oracle support because I don't find the "deinstall" in the folders.

I'll keep you informed.

Hi,
According to the Oracle support, there's no Oracle client installed on my server.
So, you say that OracleInstall.sh doesn't work because there's an Oracle client installed and Oracle support says the contrary.
What can I do now ?

You may still have some path issues, and files, that are left from the old install. I would recommend opening a ticket via our support center here:

https://support.nagios.com/tickets/

One of our support technicians can remote in, and help with with installing the new oracle client.

Hi,
Thanks, I cannot connect to https://support.nagios.com/tickets/ because I don't have the login password (differents from the ones used to access Nagios support forum).
Can you help me please?

Try logging out, then logging in the suppor forum. You should be able to open a ticket with the same username, that you are using on the forum (Frédéric GRANAT). Let us know if you have any more issues.

I am not sure what is causing the issue, but I escalated it to our developers. They told me that they made a change to our ticketing system, which should fix the issue. I was told that you need to try opening a ticket one more time. Let us know how it goes. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Our developers had to make one more change because of the special characters in your username. They want you to try opening a ticket one more time - sorry about that.

1. Make sure that you are logged in the support forum
2. Click on the "Support Center" link on the top of the page
3. Enter something in the search bar and click on "Continue"
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, and click on "Create Support Ticket"
