thanks for the info.

But unfortunately we dont have a remote session since we have a secured environment.

Please let me know how we can proceed, incase you would require any additional logs.

Hi @ets_user,

It would be best to open a support ticket as they are a conversation between you and the support tech. If a remote session is not possible, it will be easier to share log data.
