Hi,

Prior to opening the ticket can you run the following command and force the report to be sent. Then post the output to the ticket.

Code: Select all

tail -Fn0 /var/log/httpd/error_log /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log

anyway, let me share the information again.

I clicked the send the report at 2020-04-21 15:17:34. However got the email at Tue 04/21/2020 4:02 PM.
Meanwhile there were a lot of connection retry, as can be seen in attached log. I do not see any message other than "Connection timed out"

question: why the application not able to connect to the VIP URL?

Can you try running that report again and see if it finishes? What I'm wondering is if it always fails or if it sometimes fails. Does the report finish in the web interface?

I tried again and it was not any different, after 20 retry I got he email.
What I'm wondering is if it always fails or if it sometimes fails.

Looks like it fails everytime
Does the report finish in the web interface?
