HI,
It's been corrected in the latest version of the wizard. Just go to Admin > System Extensions > Configuration Wizards and select the Check for Updates button and then upgrade the NCPA wizard to the latest version.
We don't normally force an upgrade on wizards for regular maintenance releases as sometime those changes may impact older systems. However, during major and minor releases the script will update all the components and config wizards.
Let me know if the issue is resolved for you after upgrading.
