@scottwilkerson: Hi, settings all looks fine.
We are supposed receive email notification from 7am-7pm as per the timeperiod but we are receiving 1pm to 1am. Not sure if i missed something here?

This sounds like the system time might be off
What do you see in Admin -> System Profile -> View System Info in the "Date/Time" section?

Time was pointing to Chicago and corrected.

For clarity, both PHP and system time matched?

I'm confused, first you said Chicago time, and them you showed London time.
the difference between these 2 timezones is 6 hours, which is the difference you are seeing, you need to set the time periods based on the time set in the system

Before the issue it got incorrect time zone which is Chicago and i have changed to correct London time same as the system.
