Hi Benjamin,
The event queue suddenly went down over the weekend for 12 hours.
We tried everything to bring it backup but nothing worked.
Finally on the fifth restart of all three ( Application and two worker servers) the event queue came up after 10 minutes of the service being up.
Today we applied the configuration and the event queue came up only after 20 minutes.
Is there a problem with the modgearmen services with the new version? Is that what is causing this?
I have also collected logs that I will PM you.
Can we please find a fix for this ASAP? It's impacting our monitoring and a high priority ticket was raised for the system being down over the weekend.
We tried to downgrade the version on the copy of this VM and when we downgraded the event queue worked fine but it came up with the below error.
SQL Error [nagiosxi] : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE user_id = 5' at line 3
This error filled the screen and was causing problem to navigate on the GUI. Can you please let us know how this can be fixed?
