Hi,
So after importing the nagiosql database, I can repeat the error you're getting on my test system.
The issue that I'm seeing is those services in UPS - Temp do not exist in the database.
If you deactivate this service group you can Apply Configuration without error. If these services were removed for some reason, when did you notice the issue, and are you running scheduled backups (how often)?

We are monitoring the service for a few days and will let you know the updates.
