Ok nevermind. It was the password. A newly generate password worked. I'm not sure which char it was that did it, but here's some of the character breakdowns:
-Started with a '<'
-Contained '<', '_', '+', '~' among other more common ones, but these are the oddballs that might have caught it.

Thanks for reporting back that the issue is fixed.
For a quick test, I created a password with all of the characters that you used.
And it seemed to work.
I also closed the ticket.
