I am facing same problem. I am receiving email from nagios that (Explorer.exe: not running)!
Please have a look over my output from my nagios::

Please note that i am using Nsclient++ in one of my Desktop with windows 8.1. Actually i testing now. If it goes ok then i will go though all of live windows servers.
