Sorry, but no change. All the same can not see new created Hosts in NagiosXi in NagiosXi views and still i can not delete Hosts in NagiosXi. When i delete the host in NagiosXi Core config and also on root level in the directory the host is still in the view of NagiosXi.

Please run the following on the XI server
Of this doesn't fix it you may need to reboot the machine.

All this i did already and even rebooting the machine was in my agenda, but nothing of this helped to resolve this problem.
and it will be quite a monster work to setup the machine new with more than 500 host and and and......

Out of curiosity, have you offloaded your MySQL server?

no Changes done on any config, only updated to 2011R3.1 (BTW what you mean with offloading MYSQL Server)

By offloading MySQL, I am asking if you specifically moved MySQL off your XI server
