Hi,
I get a new error, which, perhaps, could be the solution to the problem:

d3.v3.min.js?1520960080:1 GET https://vmnagiosna.trabajo.dom/nagiosna ... 85ac9c7af2 net::ERR_FAILED

If I put the link in the web browser, it shows the following:

Not Found
The requested URL /nagiosna/index.phpapi/graphs/queryviz was not found on this server.


But I don't know how to fix it.
I have updated to the latest NNA version

If you go to Admin > Manage Components what version is listed next to Nagios Network Analyzer Integration?

Hi,

The version is 1.2.8

Nagios version is 5.4.13

Please take the attached 1.3.8 version and upload it in Admin > Manage Components. See if that resolves the issue.

If that doesn't, are you seeing any other errors in the console?

What about in /var/log/httpd/error_log or in /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log?
