Hi,
We can move this over to a support ticket. However, is there a specific reason why you do not want to set this service up passively? I do not recommend increasing the global timeouts to over 2 or 3 minutes.
Those timeouts are put in place to prevent performance issues.

So far we have not utilized passive service , and i believe it requires new authentication entry added to the ncpa.cfg file ? If YES , then it goes through change board and take lot of time for approval.

Yes, it would require an ncpa.cfd.d entry to define the passive service.
Please PM your ncpa.cfg from the remote system.
Please PM me a copy of your profile.zip and let me know the service name in question, you can download it from Admin > System Profile by clicking the Download Profile button.
